The competition will take place according to the AIDA Competitions and Record Regulations.
The event will consist of three disciplines: constant weight, free immersion and constant weight no-fins. The diver has the right to choose any discipline, in which he or she will be competing on each day of the event. The competitor can start only once in each discipline.
If a situation makes the start impossible, organizers have the right to postpone the competition to the following day. The results will be recognized at least one day after the event.
The final order of the competitors will be decided by the total points collected in three disciplines. The winner will have the right to the title of the Polish Freediving Champion.
In case of the same total of points:
- if two divers collect the same total of points (points for the depth minus penalty points) the one with less penalty points will be ranked higher
- if the point above will not lead to a conclusion, the diver that won more disciplines will be ranked higher
- if none of the above points leads to a conclusion, the divers will be ranked equally.
Points for the depth are awarded according to the pattern:
1 meter of depth = 1 point
Depth result is rounded down to the nearest meter.
